I am forever looking for similar info on the web. I am always curious as to how someone else has their system set up. To this end I am posting all this sickening information. It also helps when you are upgrading your file systems, as I am. I am changing my partitions from PFS2 to PFS3. This change was not as straight-forward as I had hoped, but it appears to be working.

Boot Priorities

This is the info that comes up on my pre-boot screen. I feel it is a good idea to ahve all your bootable devices set as BOOTABLE. This way you can copy your workbench files to any partition and boot off it. Since I have more hard drive space than I need, I keep one hard drive formatted with the current version of FFS and installed with a barebones standard install. When I encounter problems with a program, etc. I install it on this drive to see if it gives me the same problems. If it does, the program must be corrupt or something. This helps me quickly eliminate other installed programs as the source of the problem.
