Adventurers' Contract

Save K'nor's Symbol

  1. The undersigned contracted party will journey forth into the eastern wilds of New Melderyn for the sum of 30 drams/day/person and will provide the Tychuss Savoryan Chantry sole ownership of all information recovered (as documented in the appropriate logbook and maps).

  2. Standard Item Bounties will be paid to the contracted party for each relic recovered in servicable condition.

  3. The Tychuss Savoryan Chantry will provide the contracted party directions (to the best of their ability) to locations most likely to yield sought after relics.

  4. In exhange for locations, the contracted party will give the Tychuss Savoryan Chantry thirty percent (30%) of all monetary treasure recovered from all authorized ventures.

  5. The Tychuss Savoryan Chantry will provide the contracted party Item Identification at the fixed rate of 15 crown per item (or 6 crown for General Sage Knowledge per item) with priority over non-contracted clients.

  6. The contracted party will cover all their own expenses (including travel, medical aid, food, supplies, and equipment).

  7. This contract in no way implies that the Tychuss Savoyan Chantry approves of or condones the method(s) of the contracted party. All actions of the contracted party are subject to all applicable local laws and ordinances. Further, the Tychuss Savoryan Chantry is in no way responsible or obligated to free, post bonds or bails, or otherwise refund expenses incured due to illegal practices.

  8. This contract also empowers the Tychuss Savoryan Chantry with legal rights to determine, via obvservation, spell, or other devices, if the contracted party is abiding by the strictures of this contract.

  9. Further, this agreement may be terminated at any time whether the contracted party is local or in the field and whether or not the party can be contacted.

  10. Any addendums must be written out and added to this agreement before it is put into place. Also, any verbal or implied agreements not specifically sited in this contract are not valid.
