This satia thesis is studies the theory that certain psionic powers are more predominate than others. Two parents who have high-powered abilities have a greater chance of conceiving a child with a like power. The study is still being collected, so no facts are confirmed yet. The psychoportive powers are being bred out because of the relative uselessness of those powers to a people stuct upon a small plateau.
