The following is a listing of New Melderyni monarchs broken down by dynasties. Many of the names attributed to the rulers have been adopted from the Savoryan view of the events that occurred during their rule and not necessarily the opinion of other nobility, commoners, or even non-Savoryans. As you can see, being the scribes of history, the Savoryans' view is the documented one and therefore (in time) the correct one.
You may notice, it wasn't for several hundred years that the plateau united as a single nation under King Balir. The union was no wondrous work on King Balir's part, but instead a need to survive against the zun threat.
